INSPECTIONS

Texas State Roofing Company offers free inspections for roof replacement or repair for both residential and commercial properties. After our inspection, we will provide the owner of the business or residence with a detailed estimate for replacement or repair.

If the inspection request is part of a real estate transaction, we can provide a Roof System Inspection Report for a nominal fee. (If you have an inspection report from a home inspector citing roofing deficiencies, we can often quote the estimated repair amount by reviewing the report).

Texas State Roofing Company provides Roof System Inspection Reports for the buyer or seller of a real estate transaction.  Roof System Inspection Reports start at only $295.00*. Once any necessary repairs have been completed, Texas State Roofing Company can provide a new Five-Year Leak-Free Transferable Extended Warranty for as little as $500.00*.

Texas State Roofing Company provides free estimates for commercial roof repair and replacement. These free estimates are available for the owner of the building. In addition, Texas State Roofing Company offers commercial building owners roof inspections, scheduled maintenance agreements and service contracts.
